The story of Jofrey Paura is an inspiration to others.

As a primary school pupil he had to get up for school at 4:30 am. Jofrey had to walk to school as he could not afford the jeepney fare.

Despite poverty he succeeded in graduating from high school which made his parents very proud. After graduation life becomes tougher....

Jofrey dreams of going to college, unfortunately his parents can't afford his education. Jofrey finds himself a job as a waiter and saves all his earnings. One day is enrollment day and his father encourages him to enroll for college. Jofrey pursues his dreams.

College life does not come easy. It is hard work, stressful and competitive. However Jofrey makes it to the Dean's list, every single year. Unfortunately his father becomes terminally ill and he is even more determined to succeed. Jofrey graduates with Honor but before he can work as an accountant he will have to pass the board exam. With the support of his family and ANAK Jofrey scores good results.

While Jofrey awaits the outcome of his application letters to different firms, he tutors fellow scholars in accounting. After only one week after taking the board exam, Phil. Blest Marketing in Manila calls with a job offer in the accounting department. Of course he accepts....
